Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, who processes it on our behalf, and how you can exercise control over it. Our operating rule is simple: we do not ask for data we do not need.

العربية01Who Controls Your Data
Adaa Technology LLC, a Limited Liability Company organized under the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, with its registered address at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA, is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.
You can reach us about anything in this policy at hello@adaatechnology.com.
02Information We Collect
We collect the information described in this section, and nothing else.
Information you give us. When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email address, country, project type, indicative budget range, the description you write, and your phone number if you choose to provide it. When you book a meeting, our scheduling provider collects your name, email address, time zone, chosen time slot, and anything you write in the booking form. When you email us directly, we receive whatever your message contains.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, request time, page requested, referring page, and browser user-agent — for security, abuse prevention, and diagnostics. We also keep short-lived, in-memory counters keyed to a hashed request address to rate-limit the contact form; these are not stored to disk and are lost on restart.
Payments. If you pay an invoice online, our payment processor, Stripe, collects your card details and billing address directly on its own pages; we never see the card number. Stripe shares with us the payment status, the amount, the last four digits of the card, and a receipt reference, which we keep with the invoice as part of our financial records.
We do not collect payment card details on this website — card payments are handled entirely by Stripe — and we do not collect national identity documents or any special category of personal data.
03Why We Use It
We use what you send us for one purpose: to answer your enquiry, discuss your project, and — if we work together — to deliver and support it. That includes replying by email, arranging and holding meetings, and preparing a proposal.
We use server logs and the rate-limit counters to keep the site available and to stop automated abuse of the contact form.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.
04The Basis on Which We Process It
Where the law of your country requires a legal basis for processing, ours are: performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering one, for everything related to your enquiry and project; and our legitimate interest in operating a secure website for server logs and abuse prevention. Where we rely on consent — for any future analytics or marketing message — we ask for it first and you can withdraw it at any time.
05Service Providers
We use a small number of established providers to run this site and our work. Each processes data only to provide its service to us, under its own terms and security commitments:
- Hostinger International Ltd. — Website hosting and server logs.
- Discord Inc. — Internal delivery of contact-form submissions.
- Cal.com, Inc. — Meeting scheduling.
- Google LLC — Calendar events and Google Meet calls.
- Stripe, Inc. — Invoicing and card payment processing.
This list is exhaustive as of the date above. Adding a service that touches visitor data means updating this section in the same change — not afterwards.
06International Transfers
We are a United States company, and the providers listed above operate infrastructure in the United States and the European Union. If you contact us from outside those regions, your information is transferred to and processed in them. Where a transfer mechanism is legally required for your country, we rely on the standard contractual protections our providers offer.
07Cookies and Analytics
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and at the date above it runs no third-party analytics.
The meeting-booking page embeds a scheduling widget from our scheduling provider; loading that page shares your IP address with them and lets them set the cookies their service needs. If you would rather not use it, email us and we will arrange a time by correspondence instead.
If we add an analytics or measurement tool in future, we will name it in this section, state what it collects, and ask for consent where the law requires it — before it is switched on.
08How Long We Keep It
An enquiry that does not become a project is kept for up to 24 months, so we can recognise you if you come back, and is then deleted.
Records relating to an actual engagement — correspondence, proposals, invoices — are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for the period we are required to keep business and tax records, and no longer.
Server logs are retained on our hosting provider's standard schedule, which is measured in weeks, not years.
09Your Rights
Whatever country you are in, you can ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, or stop using it for a particular purpose. Email hello@adaatechnology.com and we will respond within thirty (30) days.
We will not charge you for a reasonable request, and we will not treat you differently for making one. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting, so that we do not disclose your data to someone else.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights — for example under European or certain United States state privacy laws. We honour the rights described above for everyone regardless, and we will honour any additional right that applies to you.
10Children
This website and our services are intended for businesses and for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
11Security
We serve this site over HTTPS, keep credentials out of source code, limit access to enquiry data to the people who need it, and defend the contact form against automated abuse.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise or hold any security certification. What we do commit to is this: if a breach affects your personal data, we will tell you and the relevant authority without undue delay, and we will tell you what actually happened.
12Links to Other Sites
This site links to other websites, including those of the wider Adaa family of brands and our scheduling provider. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices; read their policies before giving them your data.
13Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always published here with the date it took effect. If a change materially affects how we handle data you have already given us, we will tell you directly rather than rely on you noticing this page.
